Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact exercise modality that promotes strength, flexibility, and body awareness while helping to relieve stress and reduce the risk of injury. It is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, whether you are new to exercise, returning after injury, or looking to enhance athletic performance.
Pilates focuses on controlled, purposeful movement to improve posture, develop core stability, and create more efficient movement patterns. By correcting muscle imbalances and enhancing mind–body connection, Pilates supports long-term musculoskeletal health and overall wellbeing.
Our classes are kept small and intimate to ensure personalised attention and optimal technique.
All Pilates bookings are subject to initial individual sessions to learn the fundamental principles and techniques (typically 1–5 sessions, depending on your previous Pilates experience).

Fascial Fitness
Research has increasingly highlighted the vital role fascia plays in movement and overall body function. Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, organs, and joints — essentially acting as the “glue” that holds the body together. It can be compared to a full-body wetsuit that allows us to move smoothly and efficiently.
Over time, factors such as injury, poor posture, surgery, stress, and repetitive movement can cause this “wetsuit” to tighten, thicken, and lose its elasticity. When this happens, movement becomes restricted and pain may develop. Because fascia forms an interconnected system throughout the body, discomfort is often felt in a different area from where the original problem began.
Fascial release is a gentle, evidence-informed technique aimed at reducing tension within the fascial system and improving tissue mobility. Through specific manual techniques and guided movement, we encourage the fascia to soften, lengthen, and rehydrate. This helps restore normal sliding between tissue layers, improve circulation, and enhance movement efficiency.
Our approach uses carefully selected therapeutic movements to assess how your body moves and where restrictions may be present. Treatment is tailored to your individual needs, focusing on improving mobility, restoring efficient movement patterns, and addressing contributing factors to your pain or dysfunction. The goal is to support lasting change, helping you move more freely, comfortably, and with confidence.
